Undergraduate and Graduate Studies
AMSEC has established partnerships with leading universities on both the East and West Coasts to offer certifications and advanced degree programs. Some of the discipline areas of study are Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Contracts and Procurement, Human Resources Management and Executive Administration.
All full-time employees are eligible to receive tuition for expenses related to course work or degree programs at accredited colleges and universities that contribute to enhancing the skill level of the employee.
Apprenticeship and Career Studies Program
AMSEC has established a formal training program that creates a partnership between the apprentice and AMSEC. The program provides the apprentice both on-the-job training and related technical instruction. Upon completion of the program, the apprentice receives a Career Studies Certificate in a desired trade and Journeyworker Certificate.
