Our support improves fleet readiness by leveraging available technologies to accelerate Surface Warfare Training Transformation (T2). Our focus on enabling T2 is helping to improve business efficiency and shipboard readiness in the increasingly dynamic Joint/Coalition operational and war fighting environment. For more than twelve years, AMSEC has supported the Aegis Training and Readiness Center (ATRC). This organization now includes CSCS, to which we provide total "people, parts, paper and pubs" to support for the most successful weapon system ever deployed in the U.S. Navy and key allies world-wide.
We are committed to our continued Manpower, Personnel Training & Education (MPT&E) support of the evolving 21st century Aegis role in Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and other new acquisition programs like the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), and the Next Generation Destroyer (DD(X)).
