AMSEC LLC WINS CONTRACT SUPPORTING U.S. NAVY AIRCRAFT CARRIERS AND SURFACE SHIPS |

Virginian Pilot news article in the business section, March 10, 2007 -- AMSEC GETS NAVY CONTRACT AMSEC LLC, a Virginia Beach defense contractor, has won a contract worth as much as $142.8 million to provide engineering and technical services for Navy aircraft carriers and surface ships. The work is expected to be performed aboard Navy ships at ports worldwide, such as Norfolk; San Diego; Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; and Yokosuka, Japan, and should be completed by March 2008. The work involves support of maintenance and planning for the overhaul and repair of equipment and systems associated with the vessels.
